Motor was established with the vision to carry humans. From the time of Wright Brothers and Leonardo Da Vinci, motor has helped a lot in the development of human’s era. But, there are some brave humans who have solely helped for the development of motoring.
Late Dhan Bahadue Gole was a brave human whose shoulder carried around 30 vehicles in Nepal.
Mr.Dhan Bahadur Gole is a local people from Makawanpur district. He has been given titled as ‘Motor Man’ which is enough to describe his bravery. He was among 14 potters who were involved to carry vehicles for the 1st time in Nepal. It was in the Rana Regime before 2013 B.S.(1950 decate)
During the time of Asia Pacific Regional Congress, we got an opportunity to be closer with him. He was awarded by FIA President Mr.Jean Todt, Global Road Safety Ambassador Mrs.Michelle Yeoh and honorable Vice-President of Nepal with cash price and a token of appreciation. He was very pleased and we also got a small chance to praise his bravery. He passed away on 11th January at own resistance.
We heartily appreciate his dedication. He is no more with us but his memories will always be….
Here are our moments with him
